The Metabolic Diet introduces two ways to start to diet, one being a higher and one a lower carb way. The Anabolic Solution for Bodybuilders and the Anabolic Solution for Powerlifters follow the stricter approach of the original Anabolic Diet, coupled with targeted nutritional supplements for maximum results. The Radical Diet is a low calorie, modified lower carb Metabolic Diet and is geared for fast weight loss either on its own, or used initially for those with a lot of weight to lose, and then can be switched to one of the other three phase shift diets depending on your specific weight loss and other goals.
