My line of nutritional supplements can help you achieve your goals, whether for health, fitness, maximizing body composition, or for increasing athletic performance. Most of the people that use my supplements usually use more than one and sometimes several so it's important to know how and when to take them for maximum results. I've copied several supplement regimens that have and are being used successfully by various people to reach their goals.

 

You can modify any regimen that contains the supplements you're using simply by deleting any supplements you're not using as well as changing the amount of supplements used at any one time. For example the last supplement regimen is an extreme one but can be modified by simply using it as a guideline for when to take the supplements you're using.
