Sample Diets

The sample diets are meant to give you an idea of how to structure your diet for the first two weeks. You'll see that the diets are set up for those following the moderate carb, and for those following the strict carb diet, both explained in the Metabolic Diet book. The strict carb diet examples are also useful for those following the Anabolic Diet, and the Anabolic Solution diets, which integrate an updated Anabolic Diet with my line of targeted nutritional supplements.

 

You'll notice that some of the diets don't strictly follow the instructions in my books. For example some of the sample diets go over the 30 gram limit. However, these are meant to be real world sample diets and in the real world people often go over or under the 30 gram limit, especially in the higher calorie examples. The diets can be modified to fit your particular likes and dislikes as far as food, and the grams of carbs you're allowing yourself.

 

While I've only supplied sample diets up to 4500 calories, you can also go higher than 4500 calories by simply changing the amount of food that has little or no carbs in the sample diets.
