Shipping & Return Policy

PROMOTIONS:

All promotional offers are for a limited time only and may be discontinued by MauroMD.com at any time. Promotional offers for specific products are good only while supplies last. Promotional offers may not be combined with any other offer. Discounts do not apply to shipping costs or sales tax and must be applied to a single order. Minimum purchase amounts exclude shipping costs and sales taxes. Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash, are void where prohibited by law, and are good only for shipments within the United States. Promotional offers are not available to retailers or resellers.


RETURNS:

We hope you are pleased with your online purchases and satisfied with the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you would like to return an item purchased from the Store, please contact us. If the product is unopened and there is sufficient reason for the return, you may within 30 days of your receipt of the order, return the item for a full refund, minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. We recommend that you use UPS, FedEx. or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error.

There are no returns allowed on books, ebooks, videos, CDs/DVDs or calipers.


SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of being received. In North America we typically ship via Ground Courier and Post Office, and via Air Mail or Parcel Post internationally. Certain locations may have alternate shipping options.


ERRORS AND OMISSIONS:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, MauroMD.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. MauroMD.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MauroMD.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States and Canada. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.


The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.


We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping and restocking charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package and handling costs.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.
