The Exercise Gallery, while not a comprehensive gallery of exercises, is meant to give you an idea of what exrcises works which body part. Clicking on a bodypart will give you instructions on how to do several resistance exercises that mainly target that body part.

The one exception is Speed. Clicking on Speed will give you free-hand exercises that will enhance athletic performance in sports that require conditioning, development of skills, improvements in range of motion, balance, endurance and acceleration, using just body weight.
